You can control the use of non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences tool (where available). Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
5. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all measures necessary to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
For active accounts, we retain your information for the duration of your account or your organization's contract with Neuro, plus a reasonable period thereafter to handle disputes or legal obligations. For training records, we retain completion and progress data in accordance with our agreement with your organization — organizations may request export or deletion of their employees' records at any time. For website analytics, we retain aggregated, anonymized usage data for up to 26 months.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to anyone under the age of 18. Our Services are designed for use by adults in professional and workplace settings. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Note for employees of Neuro clients: If you access the Platform through your employer, your employer is the data controller of your training records. Requests to access, correct, or delete your training records should be directed first to your employer. Neuro will cooperate with your employer's instructions in accordance with our data processing agreement with them.
To exercise any of your rights directly with Neuro, please contact us using the details provided in Section 11. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable data protection law.
9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
10. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
